As an employee, you will be granted access to various systems essential for your daily work. The current vendor list and the nature of their offerings are detailed below. Please note that this list is subject to change and will be reviewed as part of the employee onboarding process. You will receive logon credentials as required for your duties during onboarding:
Google Workspace: Our company's digital backbone, providing collaboration, productivity, and storage applications used by all departments.
Harvest: Utilized primarily by the delivery team for time tracking and project performance, also providing invoicing information for billable services.
Slack: Our preferred chat communication tool for real-time messaging and collaboration.
QuickBooks: The accounting and financial reporting platform for the business.
JIRA/Confluence: Used primarily by the engineering team for ticket management and documentation.
Monday.com: Used for planning and tracking Client Services initiatives and projects.
HubSpot: Our CRM system is used by sales for lead tracking and for customer support tickets.
Ramp: Used by employees for expense reimbursement.
iSolved: Used for payroll processing.
EBC Flex: Our HRA platform for submitting medical expenses.
GitHub: Our software repository and version control platform.
kinops: The hosted version of the Kinetic Platform, where you will be given an account for the Kinetic Data space used for several internal resource management requirements.
