The Completion Phase primarily involves the launch to production and other project administration tasks. Key portions of this phase of work include:
Finalizing Project Deliverables: The Delivery Team should thoroughly review all project deliverables to ensure that they are complete, meet the customer's requirements, and are stored in the Client Folder.
Training and Client Onboarding: Client training and onboarding is a critical aspect of project completion as it ensures that the customer is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to use and maintain the Kinetic Platform. The process typically involves providing the client with training on how to use the system, including its features, functionalities, and best practices. This training may be delivered through various methods such as screen share meetings, video tutorials, or manuals.
Launch to Production: Finally, the system is launched to production, and the development team should ensure that it is smoothly transitioned to the customer or end-users. This may involve training the customer on how to use the system, providing ongoing support, and ensuring that any issues or bugs are addressed promptly.
