Job Summary:
The Training Manager plays a critical role in developing and delivering effective training programs to ensure our partners, clients, and internal team members are proficient in using the Kinetic Data platform. As a member of our team, you will work closely with the Delivery, Product Management, and Engineering teams to understand the platform's functionality and translate that knowledge into engaging and effective training materials. In this role, you will design and implement comprehensive training programs. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop content that meets those needs. You will also conduct onboarding sessions for new team members and certify our partners and clients on the platform.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive training program leveraging various instructional design methodologies and principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the training program meets the needs of diverse groups and stakeholders.
Assess training needs and identify gaps in knowledge and skills by conducting needs assessments, surveys, and interviews to determine the most effective approach.
Design and develop various training content and materials, including instructor-led training, training modules, job aids, and other supporting materials, that align with the learning objectives and address Kinetic Dataβs training goals.
Conduct onboarding sessions and ongoing training for new team members and partners, both virtually and in-person, to ensure they clearly understand our platform's functionality, features, and best practices.
Develop a program to certify our partners and clients on the platform, including developing certification criteria, evaluation methods, and supporting materials. Work with partners and teams on an ongoing basis to grow their understanding and usage of the platform.
Continuously improve training materials and programs based on feedback and evaluation, using data-driven insights to optimize the effectiveness and impact of the training program.
Maintain a deep understanding of our platform's functionality and stay up-to-date on product releases and updates, partnering closely with Customer Success and Engineering teams to ensure that training content is always accurate and aligned with the latest features and capabilities.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript and Ruby and integration standards like JSON and XML.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
5+ years of experience in a training or instructional design role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience developing and delivering effective training programs
Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Foundational knowledge of programming languages like Javascript & Ruby
Experience with an LMS platform preferred
