Job Summary:

As a Lead Consultant, you will step into a senior-level role that grants you increased autonomy, heightened responsibility, and direct independent interaction with clients. This position entails a higher degree of independence as you engage in both internal and external consultation, daily project management, and specialized web and Kinetic development tasks. Your role will extend beyond execution to encompass mentoring and coaching team members on assigned projects, all while maintaining a firm grasp of industry standards and methodologies to drive superior project outcomes within our professional services organization.

• Engineering Path Specialization: For candidates on the engineering path, your focus and competencies will include expertise in React and bundle work, the creation of templates or starter themes, and proficiency in managing delivery processes and technical operations. You will lead the way in shaping the technical aspects of our projects, ensuring efficient development, optimal performance, and adherence to technical best practices.

• Core Consulting Path Specialization: For candidates on the core consulting path, your strength lies in working closely with clients to shape solutions through thoughtful recommendations, effective project management, and consultation. You will not only provide expert advice but also take a proactive role in managing projects to successful completion. Role includes engaging in in-person training and collaborating with implementation partners to guide their solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Independently lead and manage weekly project activities, overseeing time tracking, task visualization, client meetings, and project updates.

• Provide authoritative consultation on professional service delivery, meticulously upholding best practices and standards.

• Assume a leadership role in making architectural decisions, ensuring the design and implementation of scalable and sustainable solutions.

• Offer expert guidance on web development standards and best practices, leveraging your deep understanding of the platform.

• Deliver highly-knowledgeable insights on Kinetic platform-related matters.

• Actively engage in knowledge transfer sessions and take a central role in mentoring activities.

• Contribute significantly to achieving coaching and mentorship targets and objectives.

• Continued improvement in the Delivery Team Skills grid.

• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Lead Developer or Consultant.

• Minimum of 2 years experience with Kinetic platform and associated tools.

• Strong grasp of development principles through hands-on experience.

• Excel at navigating ambiguity and crafting innovative solutions.

• Prioritize customer satisfaction with unwavering commitment to quality solutions.

• Strong Agile methodologies for optimized project delivery.

• Proficient in precise technical documentation practices.

• Familiar with various software development life cycle (SDLC) phases.

• Profound understanding of solution architecture principles.

• In-depth knowledge of system integration concepts.

• Proficiency in Google Suite or equivalent.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in an IT-related program is a plus.

• Familiarity with React.js and Node.js.

• Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases.

• Basic understanding of asynchronous processing.
