Initiation phase

In this phase, the focus is on transitioning the project from the sales team to the delivery team, ensuring that the Kinetic Data team is aligned with the customer and that the project objectives, scope, and timeline are clearly defined.

The primary deliverable in this phase is the Handoff / Kickoff document. The template was created with both meetings to eliminate the need for multiple documents. A blank and example document is in the Client > Initiation folder. The template is meant to guide what needs to be covered. Please customize each kickoff document with content that makes sense for that specific project. If there are questions about the intent of portions of the document, contact the Project Manager for clarification and support.
