You can create meeting notes in the Client Project Management> PM Meeting Notes folder using Google Docs. A starter template is available in Kinetic Data's Google Doc template library. Google Docs offers an automated Meeting Notes function to help you take notes quickly and efficiently.
To use this function, create a new Google Doc in the PM Meeting Note folder and use the Google Docs > From a template option. There are instructions in the template for how to use and insert a meeting note block.
Once the meeting is over, share the document with your team by email or in the Google Meets channel for easy access to the meeting notes. Meeting notes should follow the [202X.XX.XX] CLIENT — MEETING TOPIC naming convention.
