Employee Referral Bonus

Our Employee Referral Bonus Program - "Refer & Earn" - is designed to reward our talented employees for helping us find exceptional candidates to join our growing team. At Kinetic Data, we understand that the best hires often come from within our own network, and we believe that your referrals can make a significant impact on our success as a small software company catering to enterprise customers.

Policy

1. Eligibility:

All current full-time employees of Kinetic Data are eligible to participate in the "Refer & Earn" program. This includes employees from all departments and levels.

2. Referral Reward:

For every successful referral that leads to a new hire, the referring employee will be rewarded with a generous bonus of $5000.

3. Referral Process:

If you know a candidate who you believe would be a great fit for Kinetic Data, reach out to them and inform them about the open position. Encourage the candidate to apply through our official application channels, mentioning your name as the referrer when prompted. HR will track the candidate's application and interview process to ensure proper attribution.

4. Candidate Eligibility:

Referred candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for the referral bonus:

• They should not be an existing applicant in our system or have been previously referred by another employee.

• The candidate should meet the required qualifications and experience for the position they are being referred to.

5. Bonus Payout:

Once the referred candidate is hired and successfully completes their probationary period (3 months), the referring employee will receive the $5000 referral bonus with their next paycheck.

6. Confidentiality:

Confidentiality is crucial during the referral process. The referred candidate should not be aware of the referral until they formally apply, and it is essential to maintain the confidentiality of their application and interview process.

7. Program Duration:

The "Refer & Earn" program will be in effect starting from 1/1/2023 and will continue until further notice.

8. Promotion:

Help us spread the word about our referral program within your network. Feel free to share our job openings on your social media platforms or among your professional circles.
