Job Summary:
As a Platform Architect within our Client Services team, your role will involve leading projects through expert consultation for Kinetic Data platform users, consultants, and platform specialists. You'll work closely with both internal and external teams, including sales, operations, product, support, project managers, training, and customer success, to drive project execution efficiently. Your responsibilities encompass creating comprehensive solutions and overseeing project facilitation to ensure consistently outstanding outcomes.
Drawing from your extensive consulting background, you will be responsible for crafting scope documentation, gathering requirements, designing solutions, proactively identifying challenges, and maintaining open communication with the team, partners, and clients. Your track record of accountability, successful deliveries, and strong communication skills make you an invaluable asset, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Duties/Responsibilities:
Define statements of work and project deliverables aligned with the project scope
Exhibit an understanding of interactive design principles for customer-centric outcomes
Demonstrate expertise in Kinetic Data platform technologies and solution architecture
Lead and oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely success
Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to develop robust project plans
Apply established methodologies for comprehensive project life cycle management
Collaborate with stakeholders for continuous refinement of the delivery experience
Regularly communicate project status through well-crafted reports and presentations
Ensure projects remain aligned with scope and change management processes
Proactively manage project risks to mitigate challenges
Enhance project templates and documentation for clarity and precision
Serve as a resource for Kinetic enthusiasts, offering best practices and recommendations
Continued improvement in the Delivery Team Skills grid

Education and Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of problem-solving experience in computer science, technical engineering, or architecture roles
Over 7 years of hands-on web development experience
Minimum of 5 years experience with the Kinetic platform and associated tools.
Robust technical background encompassing software development and web technologies
Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal skills and team leadership
Comprehensive proficiency in web and Kinetic skills, with at least 3 years dedicated to Kinetic software offerings
Knowledge of React.js, Node.js, NoSQL DB, and asynchronous processing is a plus
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in an IT-related program is a plus
