Job Summary:
The Technical Project Manager in the Client Services team oversees various small- to large-scale projects focused on delivering Kinetic Data's solutions. This role requires flexibility and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring the successful delivery of both platform implementations and professional services. Armed with expertise in project management, development, and the ability to understand code fundamentals—a skill that can be enhanced through formal education, practical experience, or completion of a reputable software development boot camp—the Platform Project Manager is responsible for providing exceptional service and customized solutions that address clients' evolving needs. Duties/Responsibilities:
Oversee project planning, execution, and closure within time and budget constraints.
Align project goals with business, client expectations, and organizational trends.
Leverage project management methodologies to enhance delivery and efficiency.
Ensure regular communication between teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Lead risk management strategies and quality control processes.
Maintained detailed documentation, project plan, and project tasks.
Mentor specialists and consultants, enhancing team capabilities and best practices.
Efficiently allocate resources and manage budgets, tracking project constraints.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, ensuring outcomes meet expectations.
Manage vendor and partner relations, ensuring compliance with Kinetic Data standards.
Provide support to Client Services and internal project initiatives.
Perform other related duties as assigned

Comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), web development, Kinetic platform, infrastructure, and system integration.

Advanced skills in project management, including requirement gathering, estimation, and risk management strategies.

Qualifications:
Experienced in leading technical or professional service projects.
Proven expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools.
Ability to understand and communicate complex technical requirements.
Skilled in Google Suite, project management software, and development tools.
Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Bootcamp certificate, or equivalent experience.
2+ years in project management, specializing in web, platform or product development.
