This Kinetic Data Delivery Playbook provides Delivery Team members with a guide for planning and delivering projects on the Kinetic Platform. Over our tenure, weβve successfully honed in on the best practices for sales, project management, initiation, planning, execution, validation, and hypercare for our product and customers. Whether you are new to Kinetic Data delivery or seeking to improve your understanding β this playbook will provide the knowledge and resources needed for a successful project.
In this document, you will find the rationale and answers to the following questions.
What is Kineticβs Delivery Process, and why is it important?
Who should follow the process, and what templates should be used?
How can the team effectively collaborate throughout the project lifecycle?
What communication channels and tools should be used?

How can Kinetic Data ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction?
As a Delivery Team member, you will be granted access to various systems Kinetic Data uses for Delivery projects. The current list of tools and use are detailed below. The Delivery Lead or another Kinetic Data space manager will provide login credentials for the following tools during onboarding:
β The digital backbone of our company, providing collaboration, productivity, and storage applications used by all departments. You should expect frequent interaction with Google Drive, Calendar, Meets, and Chat.
β Used for planning and tracking initiatives and projects.
β Principally used by the Delivery Team for time tracking and project performance, providing the invoicing information for billable services.
β Expense management for tracking customer travel and expenses.
