The Sales Phase is the initial stage in which Kinetic Data works to establish a relationship with a potential customer and secure a contract to provide services. During this phase, we typically engage in several activities, including:
Identifying potential customers: Kinetic Data conducts market research and analysis to identify potential customers interested in our product and services.
Qualifying leads: We evaluate potential customers to determine if they have a need and are a good fit for our business.
Developing proposals: The Sales Team creates a quote or proposal that outlines the product or services we can provide, expected outcomes, and the cost.
Negotiating contracts: Next, the team negotiates the contract terms, including the project scope, payment terms, and other essential details.
Closing the deal: Finally, the contract is signed, and Kinetic Data officially begins the engagement with the customer.
Kinetic Data must clearly understand the customers' needs and expectations during the sales phase. Effective communication and relationship-building skills are critical during this phase, as the primary goal is establishing trust and credibility with the customer.
Customer Success is a crucial line of defense during the sales phase in determining accurate expectations with the customer. The Customer Success team works alongside Sales to develop customer trust and will act as an internal voice for the customer during the Delivery Process. Throughout the delivery lifecycle of the customer, the assigned Customer Success Manager will communicate with executive stakeholders. For more information, please refer to the .
