Job Summary:
As a Platform Specialist II, you will build upon your foundational experience to provide more in-depth consultation, project management contributions, and advanced web and Kinetic development expertise. Your role will involve a deeper understanding of best practices, standards, and methodologies to ensure exceptional project delivery within our professional services organization.
Responsibilities:
Lead weekly project management activities including time tracking, task visualization, customer meetings, and project updates.
Provide comprehensive consultation on professional service delivery, adhering to best practices and standards.
Lead architectural decisions and ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
Offer expert consultation on web development standards and best practices.
Provide knowledgeable consultation on Kinetic platform-related topics.
Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and mentoring activities.
Contribute to coaching and mentorship targets and goals.
Continued improvement in the Delivery Team Skills grid.
Other related duties as assigned.

At least 2 years of experience in a Lead Developer or Consultant role.

Customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Proficiency in Agile product delivery methodologies.
Proficiency in technical documentation practices.
Basic knowledge of multiple phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Basic understanding of solution architecture principles.
Basic understanding of system integration concepts.
Proficiency in Google Suite or equivalent.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to shift from big picture, strategic thinking to the tactical implementation.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in an IT-related program is a plus.
Familiarity with React.js and Node.js.
Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases.
Basic understanding of asynchronous processing.
