Handoff to Support
Once a project is completed, a customer transitions to a support model. Instead of contacting consultants directly for assistance, they are directed to email or call the Support team. Customer Success meets with the customer to introduce them to their new plan, and the Support Specialist will be notified of the transition and when to expect communications to begin.
During this hand-off, the Support Specialist will be given a summary of the solution the customer has implemented and directed to any available documentation about their implementation.
